Wow what a difference it has made. 99% of the time when we find the only contact details on a claim is the property manager we groan. In our experience, except for Jackie, (she was the talk of our office for a day!), property managers take a long time to get back to us, if at all. They refuse to release information about claimants/their clients or pass our requests onto the owner of the property. With no claimant contact details or insurance details the property cannot be inspected. The only time we usually hear from a property manager is to complain the property we still require info from has not been inspected!! The property Jackie organised the information for had insurance verified on the same day, contacts sorted and is now ready for assessment, great for the owner.
